A student preparing for a stage does not lose interest in February. Everything at Aangan points towards performance — and every student gets there, not just the best ones.
The company stages one full performance a year, and every enrolled student is in it.

From the four-year-olds upward, every student who is enrolled performs at the annual recital. Nobody sits it out and nobody is cut.
Lights, sound, an audience
Proper staging in front of families and the community — not a corner of a classroom. For most students it is the first time they perform to a real room.
Certificate from the company
Every performer receives a signed certificate of participation from Aangan Performing Arts, dated and issued in the student’s name.
Kept, not just watched
The recital is filmed properly, so families keep a record of the year — and students can see how far they have actually come.
A senior performance group that represents the company beyond Gyalshing — at events, competitions and shows, in India and abroad.
Selection is on skill, commitment, teamwork, conduct, attendance and readiness to represent the company in public. It is open to students who have trained with Aangan and are ready for the standard — not decided by how long someone has been here.
Performs at cultural programmes, competitions, commissioned events and company productions. As Aangan grows, the Core Team is the group that travels with it — the reason a student keeps training after they have learned the basics.
Auditions open once the first intake of students is ready. Dates, requirements and the full selection process will be published here and announced to enrolled students first.
The company and its team are available to travel anywhere in the world for performances, choreography and events. Distance is a logistics question, not an answer.
